MARIA CONKLIN

Maria comes to Prosper First Capital from a family history in the real estate industry. Her father ran a title company for many years, and since then Maria has found her own way into the lending world working with several banking institutions around the NY Capital District.

Maria brings decades of experience working as a processor for both Banking and Brokering organizations. Her ability to manage and organize has come from the thousands of loans she has worked on over the years.

Her sense of customer service applies to the Origination staff she work with, along with the clients whom have the pleasure of working with her directly as she diligently processes their files.

Maria has become a well known figure in the lending community and a fantastic asset to Prosper First Capital.
